Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Students in grades 3-9, aged between 9 and 15; (2) A total score of = 16 points on the Depression Scale Revised by the Center for Epidemiology Research was considered to be at risk of depression, or a total score of = 25 on the Screening Form for Anxiety Disorder in Children (SCARED) was considered to be at risk of anxiety; (3) Have normal language communication skills; (4) Informed consent provided by children and adolescents and their caregivers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe psychopathological conditions requiring urgent medical intervention; (2) be at high risk of suicide (e.g., recent suicidal intent or plans or behaviors); (3) Currently receiving other mental health treatment in addition to conventional treatment.
