Interventions
Iliopsoas plane block group (group IPB):In the iliopsoas plane block group, 10 ml of 0.3% ropivacaine was used for ultrasound-guided iliopsoas plane block.
Supra-inguinal fascia iliaca compartment block group:Supra-inguinal fascia iliaca compartment block was performed with 40 ml of 0.3% ropivacaine in group FICB.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the indications of surgery, patients with informed consent. 2. Aged 18 to 80 years old, regardless of sex, with a BMI of 17~ 35 kg/m^2. 3. ASA ?-? level.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic kidney disease or cardiac insufficiency, 2. Long-term use of analgesic drugs or psychotropic drugs, 3. Abnormal coagulation function, 4. Allergic history of local anesthesia drugs, 5. Contraindications to nerve block, n 6. Europathy of limbs on the surgical side, and inability to understand or cooperate in completing this research.
