Interventions

M group: Maintain post tetanic stimulation (PTC) 1-2, low abdominal pressure, and complete PEEP 5cmH2O ventilation until the end of the surgery.:Low abdominal pressure
Group D: Maintain post tetanic stimulation (PTC) 1-2, low abdominal pressure, and use driving pressure guidance to determine the optimal individualized PEEP.:Individualized PEEP
Group N: Maintain post tetanic stimulation (PTC) 1-2, normal pneumoperitoneum pressure, and complete PEEP5cmH2O ventilation until the end of the surgery.:Normal abdominal pressure

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who plan to undergo laparoscopic colorectal surgery at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University. ASA grades I-III, aged between 45-75 years old. Approved by the hospital ethics committee, all patients and their families have given informed consent and signed informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung cancer, and other underlying chronic lung diseases, as well as chest deformities, pneumothorax, and large amounts of pleural effusion that can affect respiratory system compliance. They are also accompanied by severe liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, etc. Surgery time<2 hours
