Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years and above, undergoing elective thoracic surgery. 2. Patients who underwent elective thoracic surgery from January 1, 2022 to February 28, 2022 and were not infected with the new coronavirus, and patients who underwent elective thoracic surgery from January 1, 2023 to February 28, 2023 and were infected with the new coronavirus. 3. The types of surgery included surgery for lung tumors, digestive system tumors, and mediastinal tumors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age less than 18 years 2. Patients undergoing emergency thoracic surgery. 3.Patients with incomplete perioperative medical record information 4.Patients undergoing endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy. 5.Patients with severe comorbidities that contraindicate surgery.
