50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Age 50-90, male or female. 2: Satisfies the definition of pre-debilitating or debilitating according to the Fried criteria. 3: Ability to be physically active.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Currently on weight-loss medications or previous weight-loss surgery 2: End stage of serious diseases 3: Clear contraindications to exercise, including: severe systemic diseases, acute cardiovascular events, unrecovered severe infections, acute injuries to the musculoskeletal system Delete 4: Uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes mellitus (blood pressure =160 mmHg, blood glucose =11.1 mmol/L, glycated hemoglobin >10%) 5: Lack of independent mobility, including bed-ridden status, dependence on crutches, walkers, wheelchairs, etc.
