Inclusion criteria: Normal population or patients with myopia, cataract and other diseases were selected from our hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with diabetes, glaucoma, keratitis, Fuchs corneal endothelial dystrophy and other diseases affecting the corneal endothelium or patients with a history of eye surgery
