Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Liver cancer patients group: Inclusion criteria: - Over 18 years old, male or female; - in recent half year results in this study the prescribed standards for pathological diagnosis of liver cancer. 2. Liver cirrhosis group: Inclusion criteria: At least 18 years of age - age, men and women not limited; - diagnosis of cirrhosis of the liver (exclude cancer imaging, pathology and tumor) 3. The hepatic benign tumor group: Inclusion criteria: At least 18 years of age - age, men and women not limited; - the recent half a year's test results meet the requirements of this study hepatic benign tumor pathologic diagnostic criteria. 4. Liver benign lesion group: Inclusion criteria: - Over 18 years old, male or female; Previous diagnosis of benign liver disease (confirmed by pathology or imaging, with pathology excluding cancer and tumor) 5. Healthy controls: Inclusion criteria: - Over 18 years old, male or female; - liver function is normal, tumor markers detection is normal, no abnormal liver related, no tumor or other diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Liver cancer patients group: Exclusion criteria: - HIV patients - patients undergoing liver surgery; - before or during the period of school admission diagnosis of malignant tumor, including but not limited to liver cancer, etc -patients undergoing allogeneic blood transfusion or cell therapy in 1 years; 2.Liver cirrhosis group: Exclusion criteria: - before or during the period of school admission diagnosis of malignant tumor, including but not limited to liver cancer, etc.; - patients undergoing allogeneic blood transfusion or cell therapy in 1 years; 3. Benign liver tumor group: Exclusion criteria: - HIV patients - diagnosed cancer before or during admission, including but not limited to liver cancer, etc -patients who received allogeneic blood or cell therapy within 1 year 4. Benign liver lesion group: Exclusion criteria: Patients with HIV - diagnosed cancer before or during admission, including but not limited to liver cancer, etc - patients undergoing allogeneic blood transfusion or cell therapy in 1 years 5. Healthy control group: Exclusion criteria: - patients with infectious diseases (HAV, HBV, HCV, HIV, etc.); - before or during the period of school admission diagnosis of malignant tumor, including but not limited to liver cancer, etc - patients undergoing allogeneic blood transfusion or cell therapy in 1 years
