Type 1 diabetes

Interventions

control group:The control group of adolescents with type 1 diabetes will receive standard diabetes care, which includes regular follow-ups, check-ups, and outpatient education.
intervention group:In the intervention group, in addition to standard diabetes care, adolescents will receive personalized real-time tool support.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The child has been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes for at least 6 months; 2. Aged 10-18 years; 3. Currently receiving an intensive insulin treatment plan; 4. Able to communicate and read in Mandarin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Type 2 diabetes patients; 2. those with serious complications related to diabetes; 3. individuals with diagnosed severe mental disorders; 4. people with major chronic illnesses.
