Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with unilateral, solitary kidney stones diagnosed by ultrasound, urologic X-ray (KUB), or CT, with a diameter of 20 ~ 30mm; 2) No abnormal renal function; 3) No secondary hydronephrosis or mild hydronephrosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) those with severe cardiovascular, hepatobiliary (gallstones), renal or other organs with severe organic diseases; 2) those with deformity, stenosis, obstruction and postoperative scar adhesion at the renal ureteral junction or the distal ureter of the stone; 3) obstructive anuria, renal failure, chronic uremia, medullary sponge kidney; 4) patients with severe urinary tract infections, severe digestive system diseases (e.g. acute peptic ulcer, chronic ulcerative colitis, restrictive colitis). ulcerative colitis, restrictive enteritis, intestinal obstruction); 5) Allergic or hypersensitive to the known components of the drug; 6) patients who have used medicines with lithotripsy effect 2 weeks before the operation. 7) Women who are pregnant or planning to be pregnant or breastfeeding.
