16 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumor patient group: (1) Age =85 years old; (2) Pathological diagnosis of pancreatic malignant tumor; (3) Patients who did not receive surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy or immunotherapy. 2. Benign disease, type 2 diabetes or healthy group: (1) Aged 18-80 years old; (2) Tumor markers, liver function indexes were normal and imaging results were normal. (3) The results met the diagnostic criteria for benign disease, type 2 diabetes, or health as specified in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumor patient group: (1) Patients with immune diseases caused by other causes indicated by previous examination results; (2) Patients who have received antitumor therapy; (3) Patients with a history of malignant tumors at other sites; (4) Patients who have received allogeneic blood transfusion or cell therapy within 1 year; (5) Pregnant women. 2. Benign disease, type 2 diabetes or healthy group: (1) Patients with immune diseases caused by other causes indicated by previous examination results; (2) Patients who have received allogeneic blood transfusion or cell therapy within 1 year; (3) Pregnant women.
