Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Depression self-rating scale (SDS) standard score of 53 points. (2) Right-handed hand. (3) Patients voluntarily participate in this trial and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with the diagnosis of other important mental diseases, including neurocognitive disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, and schizophrenia disease, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorder, etc. (2) Combined with severe circulatory system diseases, nervous system diseases, glaucoma and other somatic diseases. (3) contraindication of rTMS, including but not limited to intracranial metallic foreign body, cardiac pacemaker and internal ear hearing aid. (4) Severe suicidal tendencies. (5) A history of seizures in the last 6 months. (6) Pregnant women and lactating women.
