Inclusion criteria: Planned thyroidectomy Age 18-80 ASA Level I-II Sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anticipate difficult airway Chronic laryngitis, chronic bronchitis, asthma, gastroesophageal reflux Upper respiratory tract infection within 1 month before surgery Previous head and neck surgery
