Intervention Group:A short video on psychological help-seeking education based on the Theory of Planned Behavior will be shown during class meetings by homeroom teachers or mental health committee mem

Control Group:The class meetings will proceed as usual without any additional interventions.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 10 and 17 years; (2) Possesses normal language comprehension or expression abilities (written or oral); (3) Informed consent obtained from the class, children/adolescents, and their caregivers, with voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children and Adolescents: (1) Exhibits difficulties in language comprehension or expression (written or oral); (2) Has severe psychopathological conditions requiring urgent medical intervention.
