18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years, PS score = 1; 2. Preoperative imaging suspected lung cancer, with the maximum tumor diameter = 3 cm; 3. Underwent wedge/segment/lobectomy for lung cancer, with complete tumor removal; 4. Postoperative pathological diagnosis of stage IA invasive lung adenocarcinoma; 5. If there are multiple primary lung cancers on the same side, and the main lesion is invasive adenocarcinoma, the secondary lesion must be carcinoma in situ or microinvasive carcinoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suspected ipsilateral multiple primary lung cancers that were not removed simultaneously; 2. Received neoadjuvant therapy before surgery; 3. Received adjuvant therapy after surgery; 4. History of other malignant tumors within 5 years.
