Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients complained of trauma and the onset time was less than 48 hours (2) trauma patients aged 60 years or older (3) Informed consent and willingness to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients transferred from outside the hospital with definite diagnosis (2) The patient was unable to self report their condition and there was no one to represent them
