Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18–45 years old; 2) Women who come to the Assisted Reproduction Center of the First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine and have fertility needs and wishes; 3) Intended to receive assisted reproduction treatment after the contraindication is excluded; 4) Communicate with no barriers and cooperate after voluntarily informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with contraindications to assisted reproductive technology or contraindications to pregnancy: including uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, abnormal liver and kidney function, tumors, acute and chronic tuberculosis infection, or infectious diseases such as HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B, etc.; 2) Severe organic uterine lesions: including severe adenomyosis, severe intrauterine adhesions, etc.; 3) Congenital uterine malformations: including unicornate uterus, bicornuate uterus, double uterus, mediastinal uterus, etc.; 4) Have a history of immunodeficiency, or a history of organ transplantation; 5) patients with mental illness; 6) Chromosomal abnormalities of either spouse; 7) Currently alcoholic and smoking (more than or equal to 5 cigarettes per day); 8) Those who cannot follow up on time or cannot cooperate with the investigator.
