Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.18-80 years old; 2. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes according to the 2010 American Diabetes Association (ADA) criteria. Diagnostic criteria for T2DM: A1c=6.5%; Fasting blood glucose FPG=7.0 mmol/l (fasting is defined as no calorie intake for at least 8 hours); 2h blood glucose = 11.1mmol /l during oral glucose tolerance test; In patients with typical hyperglycemia or hyperglycemic crisis symptoms, random blood glucose =11.1 mmol/l. If there are no symptoms of diabetes, repeat the test on another day. Type 1 diabetes, other specific types of diabetes and gestational diabetes were excluded.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with malignant tumor; 2. All kinds of non-diabetic nephropathy; 3.With severe gastrointestinal diseases (including peptic ulcer, hepatitis, inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal tuberculosis, severe diarrhea, constipation, etc.); 4. Combined with autoimmune disease; 5. Recently combined infection and fever; 6. Use of antibiotics within 3 months; 7. Patients with preeclampsia and eclampsia; 8Uncooperative patients
