Interventions

General anesthesia combined with intra-articular injection group (Group D):20ml of 0.5% ropivacaine was injected intravenously into the shoulder joint
General anesthesia combined with brachial plexus block (ISB group):Intermuscular groove brachial plexus block, 0.25% ropivacaine 20 mL
General anesthesia combined with infraspinatus teres minor fascia Space block group (ITM group):infraspinatus teres minor fascia Space block, 0.4% ropivacaine 25 mL

21 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective shoulder arthroscopic surgery, (ASA) grade I to II, age 21 to 65 years, body mass index (BMI) 18 to 25 kg /m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with coagulation dysfunction, skin infection at the puncture site, history of local anesthetic allergy and other peripheral nerve block and prohibition A surname; (2) Patients with respiratory diseases, lung function impairment, diabetes mellitus and neurological function impairment before surgery; (3) Long-term use of opioids; (4) Inability to understand and cooperate with nerve block operations or postoperative visual analogue scale (VAS) scores.
