Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients undergoing elective modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer were selected. The inclusion criteria were American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status ?-?, aged 30-65 years, without major organ dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI > 28 kg/m^2; Skin infection at the puncture site; Abnormal coagulation function; History of bupivacaine allergy; Chemotherapy was recently performed. Long-term oral analgesics; History of neurological disease; Those with communication difficulties.
