Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group ( 1 ) In line with the diagnostic criteria of chronic atrophic gastritis in Western medicine, electronic gastroscopy and histopathological examination of gastric mucosa before enrollment clearly confirmed the presence of glandular atrophy and / or intestinal metaplasia and / or mild to moderate dysplasia in gastric mucosa ; ( 2 ) Hp test was negative. If Hp test was positive, sterilization treatment was given according to the Kyoto consensus recommendation scheme, and Hp test was negative, then Hp test was included. ( 3 ) No traditional Chinese medicine / Chinese patent medicine was taken one week before enrollment ; ( 4 ) Age = 18 years old, = 75 years old, regardless of gender ; ( 5 ) Voluntary participation in the trial, and signed informed consent. Control group ( 1 ) good health and good physical quality, no serious heart, brain, liver, kidney, digestive system and other organs of the primary disease ; ( 2 ) By electronic gastroscope and gastric mucosal histopathological examination, it was clearly confirmed that there was no glandular atrophy in gastric mucosa ; ( 3 ) Age = 18 years old, = 75 years old, regardless of gender ; ( 4 ) Hp test was negative. If positive, sterilization treatment was given according to the Kyoto Consensus recommendation scheme, and negative reexamination was included. ( 5 ) No mental illness, cerebrovascular disease, cognitive impairment, intracranial space occupying and other neuropsychiatric diseases ; ( 6 ) Voluntary participation in the trial, and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Case group ( 1 ) Suspected high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia or gastroesophageal tumor ; ( 2 ) Those who have previously undergone endoscopic or surgical resection for high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia or gastroesophageal tumors ; ( 3 ) Patients with malignant tumors in other parts of the body ; ( 4 ) patients with serious diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney and other organs ; ( 5 ) Patients with allergic constitution or a history of allergies to multiple drugs ( more than two or known drugs or components in this study ) ; ( 6 ) For women in lactation or pregnancy, female subjects should take contraceptive measures. ( 7 ) abnormal mental state is difficult to complete the test ; ( 8 ) Patients who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs. Control group ( 1 ) pregnant and lactating women ; ( 2 ) History of organic digestive system diseases.
