Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-50years, ASA: Class I-ll, BMI 18-28kg/m2, who have been living in the local subhighland area (2000m above sea level) and are proposing elective surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mallampati's grading or facial structure suggests possible difficulty with airway, have a history of difficult tracheal intubation in the past; The hemoglobin of men and women with different degrees of anemia was less than 120g/L and 110g/L respectively; Combined with cardiopulmonary disease.
