18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old; 2. Neck pain persisting for at least 3 months; 3. The range of pain is confined to the back of the neck; 4. The degree of neck pain was greater than 3 points using Visual Analog Scale (VAS); 5. Neck joint position detection, the offset angle is greater than 4.5°; 6. No manual therapy or other rehabilitation treatment within three months; 7. Subjects sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of degenerative changes, trauma, and surgery of the cervical spine; 2. Primary vestibular dysfunction; 3. Those who cannot insist on cooperating with the completion of the assessment and training.
