Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Adults (aged = 18), male or female not limited;?Helicobacter pylori infection group: carbon-13 urea breath test positive; Uninfected group: Negative carbon-13 urea breath test; ?Previously not receiving eradication treatment for Helicobacter pylori;?Residential altitude = 2000 meters or = 1000 meters.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Used PPI, P-CAB, H2 receptor antagonists, antibiotics, bismuth supplements, probiotic preparations, and other medications within 8 weeks prior to treatment; ? Received colonoscopy, used laxatives, or had a history of acute gastroenteritis within 4 weeks prior to treatment; ? Previous history of gastrointestinal surgery; ? There are serious accompanying diseases or malignant tumors; ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Those who cannot sign informed consent forms.
