the target-controlled infusion of alfentanil:the target-controlled infusion of alfentanil 35 ng/ml
the target-controlled infusion of sufentanil:the target-controlled infusion of sufentanil 0.2 ng/ml
the intravenous infusion of alfentanil group:One minute before propofol administration,intravenous injection of alfentanil 5 ug /ml was administered

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-75 years old;BMI<28; (2) Meet the conditions for tracheoscopy. (3)No recent history of the use of sedative analgesic drugs. (4) No coagulation dysfunction,no recent history of taking aspirin and other anticoagulants.(5) Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Drug allergy,allergy to the drugs used;(2) liver and kidney insufficiency;(3) hemodynamic instability;(4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classi?cation IV or V;(5)the baseline of SpO2<94%;(6)patients who cannot cooperate;(7)severe intraoperative bleeding;
