Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification I-III 2. Age > 65 years 3. Undergoing hip replacement surgery with tracheal intubation under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative respiratory infections 2. Combined with other lung diseases, tumors, etc 3.Oral diseases (completely edentulous, history of oral surgery, dental caries, stomatitis, oral mucositis, oral ulcers, candidiasis, etc.) 4. Use of antibiotics within the past 2 weeks 5. Use of chlorhexidine mouthwash within the past month 6. Refusal to participate in this study
