Interventions

A group:The patients were mechanically ventilated with 5cmH2O PEEP according to the tidal volume of 4ml / kg after tracheal intubation under general anesthesia.
B group:The patients were mechanically ventilated with 5cmH2O PEEP according to the tidal volume of 5ml / kg after tracheal intubation under general anesthesia.
C group:The patients were mechanically ventilated with 5cmH2O PEEP according to the tidal volume of 6ml / kg after tracheal intubation under general anesthesia.

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years old, gender unlimited ; 2. Body mass index 18.5-27.9 kg/m^2 ; 3. ASA I-III; 4. Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who refuse to participate in this experiment; 2. Important organ dysfunction; 3. Mentally abnormal or other reasons are not easy to cooperate; 4. History of pneumonia, tuberculosis, chronic bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma and airway hyperresponsiveness. 5. Combined with anemia, heart failure, liver and kidney dysfunction, pulmonary infection, fever or other systemic diseases under treatment.
