Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with pathological diagnosis of oral mucosal melanoma after biopsy or surgical resection. (2) The patient's clinical and pathological data are complete (imaging should include at least CT or MRI of head and neck with contrast, and pathology should include normal mucosa); (3) there is no clear evidence of distant metastasis;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Samples of intact pathological HE could not be obtained; (2) Pathological samples for which the depth of infiltration cannot be measured. (3) Concomitant with other uncontrolled malignancies; (4) Non-primary OMM, who has received anti-tumor therapy in other hospitals; (5) Brain metastases or signs of brain metastases (6) Patients who are unable to obtain complete medical history data that can be used for statistical analysis, and other patients who cannot be included in the investigator's assessment.
