Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) Clinical diagnosis meets the criteria for confirmation of refractory epilepsy (ILAE, 2010); (ii) Gender and age are not limited; (iii) Informed consent and willingness to follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) patients with incomplete information on key diseases; (ii) cases who did not want to participate in the study or could not be followed up; and (iii) lost cases.
