Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Participants must voluntarily agree to take part in this study and sign the informed consent form. 2) Participants must be aged 18 years or older. 3) Eligible patients are those who have undergone invasive mechanical ventilation through endotracheal intubation or tracheostomy for a duration of 48 hours or more.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with a history of neuromuscular diseases, such as Parkinson's syndrome or stroke, as well as those with cervical spinal cord injuries; patients with impaired consciousness who are unable to follow instructions for swallowing function training. 2) Patients experiencing dysphagia prior to the establishment of an artificial airway. 3) Patients with infectious diseases that are transmitted through contact or respiratory droplets.
