Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Cochlear implant patients who can keep awake and quiet can communicate with others by means of language or writing, and their compliance is good. Patients use hearing aids (hearing aids or cochlear implants) and can communicate with verbal or visual aids (lip shape, text, etc.). Patients with pre-verbal deafness were diagnosed with severe to very severe deafness before the age of 2 years and had poor preoperative language skills (SIR no higher than 2); Patients with postverbal deafness were all over 8 years old when they were diagnosed with severe deafness, and their preoperative pronunciation was normal (SIR not lower than 4).
