Pulmonary nodule

Interventions

Sugammadex group:If T2 appears, 2 mg/kg of sugammadex is administered to antagonize neuromuscular blockade. If T2 does not appear but the post-tetanic count (PTC) is greater than 0, a dose of 4 mg/kg
Neostigmine group:Antagonism is administered when T2 appears, with neostigmine at a dose of 0.04 mg/kg, combined with atropine at a dose of 0.02 mg/kg.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 65 years, no gender restrictions 2.ASA classification I-III 3.Patients scheduled for elective thoracoscopic lobectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe underlying liver or kidney disease, or severe heart disease 2.Patients with drug allergies or contraindications to neostigmine and atropine 3.Patients with a history of preoperative lung infection, COPD, asthma, or bronchiectasis 4.Patients who voluntarily request to withdraw from the study during the trial 5.Patients with preoperative cognitive impairment, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, or other mental disorders
