Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Experimental group inclusion criteria: ? Patients with clinically confirmed venomous snake bites; ? Between 14-75 years old; ? The time from bite to hospital admission is not more than 24 hours; (4) Hospital stay more than 5 days; ? The two-dimensional echocardiographic image quality was good, and the left interior membrane margin could be clearly displayed. Control group inclusion criteria: ? Between 14-75 years old; ? There are basic diseases that cause heart function injury: such as systemic immune diseases, diabetes, uremia, hyperthyroidism, coronary heart disease, etc.; ?
