Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old 2. ASA grade I-II 3. Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy during the day
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refused to participate in the study 2. Body Mass Indes (BMI) =30kg/m2 3. Patients with contraindications to deep sedation/general anesthesia, those with a history of previous anesthesia accidents, or those with known allergy to esketamine 4. Preoperative Sleep disorder: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) > 7 5. Recent history of drug abuse 6. Cognitive impairment or inability to communicate 7. History of myocardial infarction, coronary stent implantation/bypass, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cirrhosis of the liver, cerebral infarction, renal insufficiency, coagulation mechanism disorders, etc
