Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinical symptoms and signs met the international diagnostic criteria for spinal cord cervical spondylosis, and there were typical symptoms of spinal cord compression such as progressive sensory, motor or sphincter dysfunction in the limbs; CT and MRI showed cervical spine degeneration and spinal cord compression; (2) the age of 18-70 years old; and (3) undergoing ACCF with a sub-total resection of a single vertebral body.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Diagnosis of osteoporosis (BMD T-value = -2.5) without systemic treatment; ? Presence of systemic or localized infection; ? History of previous cervical spine surgery; ? Loss of postoperative visits.
