Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Preschool children aged 3 to 6 years who are in good health.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with severe malnutrition, food allergies, other allergic disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, severe chronic systemic diseases, lactose intolerance, obesity, neuropsychiatric disorders, a history of surgery; children who have received other prebiotics or probiotics products and/or antibiotics within the past month; children whose parents do not expect to adhere to the study protocol; mothers with a history of mental illness or who took anti-anxiety or antidepressant medication during pregnancy; and those currently enrolled in another clinical trial will be excluded from participation.
