Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: They met Rome IV criteria for constipation and had a history of more than 2 years. 2: Loose stools are rarely present without laxatives 3: Does not meet the diagnostic criteria for irritable bowel syndrome 4: The patients were diagnosed as slow transit constipation or mixed constipation by modified transit test and failed to respond to conservative treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Organic diseases and drug-induced constipation 2: There were systemic organic diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and blood 3: Combined with thyroid disease and other endocrine diseases and metabolic diseases 4: Long-term use of sedatives, antidepressants, anticholinergic drugs, antipsychotics, calcium channel blockers such as constipation caused by drugs 5: Concomitant muscle diseases
