Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients: ? Diagnosed with advanced cancer through pathology or clinical diagnosis; ? Patients are aware of their disease diagnosis, condition, and treatment; ? The patient's expected survival period is = 1 year; Age = 18 years old. Caregiver: ? Family members who spend the most time taking care of patients and live together with them; ? When there are several primary caregivers at the same time, the patient shall designate one as the survey subject; ? Age = 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients: ? KPS = 40 points; ? Cognitive impairment (SPMSQ score>2 points); ? Communication barriers; ? Past or current mental illness. Caregiver: ? Unable to communicate effectively; ? Past or current mental illness.
