Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age: 18-65 years old; ? Patients with cirrhotic portal hypertension who were clinically confirmed to undergo TIPS surgery; (3) Voluntarily sign informed consent to be enrolled in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension; ? End-stage liver disease score (MELD) > 18 points or Child-Pugh score >13 points; ? Severe right heart failure; (4) Diffuse malignant tumor of liver; ? Polycystic liver; ? Biliary obstruction; ? Severe clotting disorder; ? portal vein spongiosis; ? Incomplete data (including splenectomy patients)
