Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-75 years old; (2) The pain lasts for at least 1 month; (3) Persistent pain (at least 4 days per week),NRS screening pain score of at least 4; (4) DN4 score =4 points; (5) Stable medication for at least 1 month prior to inclusion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Have a history of cognitive impairment or mental illness; (2) Treatment is not available; (3) Patients with severe pain from other sources, such as musculoskeletal pain; (4) Other types of NP not associated with spinal cord injury, such as postherpes zoster NP, diabetic neuropathy NP; (5) Patients with At-level SCI NP and Below-level SCI NP simultaneously; (6) Head trauma, alcohol or drug abuse; (7) pregnancy or epilepsy; (8) Contraindications of TMS, such as metal implants in the head, cardiac pacemakers, etc.
