Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) More than 18 years old (2) The implant surgery was in the maxillary anterior region (maxillary central incisors, lateral incisors, and canine teeth), and single crown restoration with the angulated screw channel abutment (ASC or AS) was applicated; (3) The restoration time should be more than 1 year; (4) Patients were willing to complete the clinical and radiograph tests, and were capable of understanding and giving informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Uncontrolled systematic diseases, such as diabetes mellitus (fasting blood-glucose >7.2 mmol/L, glycosylated hemoglobin >7%); (2) Uncontrolled periodontitis (full-mouth plaque score > 20%, full-mouth bleeding score > 25%, residual pocket depth > 5 mm); (3) Heavy smokers (>10 cigarettes/day); (4) Pregnancy or immediate plans for pregnancy; (5) Patients with immune dysfunction, including HIV infected patients; (6) History of intravenous use of bisphosphonates (treatment for malignancy), or history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in head and neck region (7) Severe buxism (8) Poor oral hygiene or weak compliance (9) Having benign or malignant tumors in the implantation area (10) Metabolic bone disease such as severe osteoporosis
