Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: For patients =65 years of age, ASA grade I to III, who plan to undergo elective general anesthesia for non-cardiac surgery, the expected operation time is =30 minutes, and the expected postoperative hospital stay is at least 3 days
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of dementia, delirium or neurological and psychiatric diseases caused by various causes; (2) Postoperative admission to ICU; (3) Had night work before or one week after surgery, and had received general anesthesia in the month before inclusion; (4) long-term use of melatonin related drugs; (5) Suffering from sleep apnea syndrome; (6) Unwilling or unable to cooperate with investigators due to communication difficulties, severe hearing or visual impairment;
