experimental group:Ultrasound-guided costotransverse foramen block
Control group:Ultrasound-guided traditional erector spinae block
Blank group:Inject an equal amount of 20 ml of normal saline between the erector spinae muscle and the transverse process.

20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA grade I~III, age 20~ 75 years, body mass index 18~ 30 kg/m2; (2) No severe hypertension, liver and kidney diseases before operation; (3) No acute respiratory illness occurred within 2 weeks before surgery; (4) Patients without a history of arrhythmia; (5) Surgical time> 120 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; (2) Uncontrollable hyperglycemia and hypertension; (3) Mental illness and mental retardation.
