Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Loose stools are rarely present without laxatives 2: They met Rome IV criteria for constipation and had a history of more than 2 years. 3: Does not meet the diagnostic criteria for irritable bowel syndrome 4: Modified transmission test and defecation imaging diagnosis of slow shows or mixed constipation 5: Medical treatment was ineffective
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Organic diseases and drug-induced constipation 2: Merger intentional, liver, kidney, blood and other body implement qualitative sex disease 3: Merged thyroid diseases such as endocrine diseases and metabolic diseases 4: Long-term use of sedatives, antidepressants, anticholinergic drugs, antipsychotic drugs, calcium channel blockers and other constipation-causing drugs 5: Concomitant muscle diseases
