Cold exposed group:Prior to cold exposure, all volunteers were kept at 28°C for 1 h. The healthy individuals with T-shirts and shorts were exposed to a mildly cold ambient temperature of 16°C for 3 h

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy adults aged 18 to 30 years with a body mass index (BMI) of 22-24; 2) High compliance, can accept a certain degree of cold exposure; 3) Enrollment after examination by clinical doctors.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) There is a potential risk of cardiovascular disease onset; 2) Those who do not agree to sign informed consent; 3) Those whose physical conditions are deemed unsuitable by the doctor.
