Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 years; met the Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ichaemic Stroke; met the indications for thrombolysis and used thrombolytic drugs in the time window; agreed to participate in the study and gave informed consent for the collection and preservation of case data and follow-up process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patient is contraindication to thrombolysis; no informed consent; any other investigator deemed not fit to participate in the study.
