Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Test group: ? Age = 65 years; ? Meet the diagnostic criteria for ADHF recommended by the American Heart Association (AHA) in 2022; ? Voluntarily participate in BIVA testing and sign an informed consent form. Control group: Healthy medical check-up patients aged =65 years who voluntarily participated in the BIVA test during the same visit.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Those who have metal or pacemakers and other medical devices in their bodies, prosthetic limbs, and who are unable to perform body composition analysis and determination; ? Those who have mental and psychiatric anomalies that prevent them from cooperating with the BIVA test; ? Those who are in advanced stages of tumours and other patients with a life expectancy of less than 1 year.
