Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: =40 years; 2.Diagnosed with COPD according to the 2020 GOLD Strategy and the 2021 Chinese COPD Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines; 3.First onset of the disease, including both outpatient and inpatient infections; 4.Confirmed (EORTC/MSG 2019 criteria) or clinically suspected (Bulpa 2007 criteria) or clinically highly probable diagnosis (Bulpa 2007 criteria) of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with HIV, malignant tumors, post-major organ transplantation, post-stem cell transplantation, or severe hereditary immunodeficiency disease (CD4 count less than 200/µL).
