Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Male aged 18-65; 2) Patients diagnosed with hyperuricemia refer to the fasting test of blood uric acid > 420 µmol/L (7 mg/dl) twice on the same day under normal purine diet 3)BMI=25.0 kg/m2;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?1) Use of drugs that may affect uric acid within 2 weeks before enrollment, including: benzbromarone, allopurinol, febuxostat, etc.; 2) Gout attack within 2 weeks prior to enrollment; 3) severe hepatic insufficiency or renal disease (AST or ALT> 3 times the upper limit of normal, or eGFR <30ml/min/1.73 m2); 4) Other diseases that affect glucose and lipid metabolism: diabetes, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, hypercortisolism, etc.; 5) If other drugs are used in combination, the drug dose should be kept stable for three months before enrollment; 6) obesity caused by secondary diseases or medications; 7) Patients with severe gastrointestinal diseases;
