Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as a first-time stroke patient with hemiplegia, the course of the disease is in the subacute phase (5-45 days) after onset ; 2. Age range from 18 to 75 years old, both male and female are acceptable; 3. Stable vital signs, stable condition, and tolerance to low-intensity sitting and standing training; 4. No facial paralysis, aphasia or articulation disorders; 5. Mini mental state examination (MMSE) >= 24; 6. Understand the entire process of the experiment, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous spinal cord injuries, amputations, severe lower limb joint diseases or osteoarthritis, and patients with ataxia symptoms; 2. Patients with major diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction or failure; 3. Trunk injury scale<10 points ; 4. Patients with open wounds in the lower limbs; 5. Individuals with severe joint deformities in both lower limbs; 6. Severe cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with the completion of the experiment.
