18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients with mechanical ventilation through oral and nasal tracheal intubation (= 18 years old); 2. Mechanical ventilation time > 24h and =7d; 3. Those who know and sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Death during the study period.; 2. Internal tracheotomy during the study period; 3. Unplanned dischargers during the study period.
